Hometown? I make my home in Spring Valley, population just over 2,700. What a great place to raise a daughter and to be a part of the community!

Where else have you lived? All over, really…Dallas, Fort Worth, Honolulu, San Francisco, Denver, Colorado Springs, Phoenix, The Outer Banks of North Carolina, and several places in the midwest – all over Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin. People always ask which was my favorite...hmmmm

If you won the powerball, what would you splurge on? If I had a sudden and unexpected pile of cash, my daughter would certainly have the finest education possible, and I'd see as much of the world as I could. You would probably find me living aboard a nice sailboat someplace really warm -

What do you do in your spare time? Spare time? Wow…wish I had that! IMy daughter Samantha and I spend a ton of time together, and any chance I get to leave the car parked and take the bike, you know I'll ride! Guitar playing is very important to me as well, and I spend a lot of time doing that. My most recent guitar project has been teaching myself to play traditional blues slide guitar.

Have you ever met a famous person? Um…maybe a couple. My favorite has always been meeting Alice Cooper, who may have been one of the most inspiring and genuine humans I’ve ever met. Leonard Nimoy was also kind and warm - loved meeting Ozzy...wish that I'd gotten the chance when he was still all there.

What’s the most amazing concert you’ve ever seen? That would be really hard to pin down - I have been to so many. I've seen everyone from Jose Feliciano to King Diamond, Brooks And Dunn to Boston, and a few Van Halen shows too. AC/DC never puts on a bad show, Ted Nugent is a showman, SRV was amazing, and I've always loved ZZ Top - Brooks & Dunn on their farewell tour was incredible -

Have you seen any artists in concert more than once? Oh my, yes! There are more than a few artists I’ve seen a lot of – I’ve seen nearly every AC/DC tour since 1979, and have seen more than my share of Alice Cooper shows too. ZZ Top is another band I have seen a number of times - on the country side of things, I've seen Jason Aldean a few times, Emerson Drive a time or three.

What’s the worst job you ever had? Dish-monkey at a Denny’s is pretty high up on that list. My job was 11pm to 7am, washing all of the normal stuff from the tables, and all of the dishes that got changed out in the kitchen overnignt. On the "Cool Job" side of things? In the early 80's, I lived and worked on this...

All-time favorite food? It’s a three way tie: a medium rare porterhouse, a perfectly prepared rack of ribs, and homemade lasagna with wa-a-a-ay too much cheese.

What is currently in your CD player? "The Ballad Of John Henry" from Joe Bonamassa, “Along For The Ride" from John Mayall, and a "Best Of The Blues" collection from Martin Scorsese.

If you weren’t in radio, what would you do for a living? I’d love to be working as a massage therapist, and devoting a great deal of time to exploring the best beaches in the world.

What’s the most recent book that you’ve read? Probably a biography - recent ones haver included Slash, Clapton, Sarah Palin and Eric Clapton...kind of a biography kick.
